Polite staff. Good food. Nice meeting room. The food on the table (pictured) was there for two hours before I left. No visible effort to clean tables. The changing table (pictured) was nasty. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in several hours. The male manager was not visibly engaged. The lady Alex was the one trying to uphold the standards behind the counters.

Panera bread is not what it use to be. The menu has gotten so much smaller over the years. Everything they offer is just plain. The only real thing they offer that’s worth it would be the bread you can buy in the bakery by the loaf. Everything else is grocery store quality like the meats. It’s all things you can buy at a grocery store. It’s overpriced. What I ordered was about $25. And the sandwich I got was only cheese, sauce and bacon. I thought it would come with turkey or chicken, but it didn’t. The bread at the end of the day is stale. They have little left to offer at the end of the day as they are most out of all things like bread bowls. Don’t feel like I got my money worth and won’t be coming back.

First I want to write I don't like to blast people especially when the service was really good the cashier was wonderful. She was engaging, kind, caring sweet all of that but then I get my sandwich home and I look at it and realized I spent $9 for bread and very little meat. Where's the meat?

Great experience at Panera Bread yesterday. Large, very clean restaurant. They kept constantly cleaning it during my visit. Lots of space and seating and my order was ready to go quickly. Chicken noodle soup tasted fresh and homemade, turkey sandwich was delicious. Definitely recommend this store! Lots of parking too.

I love the soups and sandwiches at Panera and usually I would give it a 5 star. But the sandwich this time had too much bread and too little filling. Other than that everything was good.

I went there with my family after a day on the beach, and the experience with the quality of food?👎 I had the 10 veggies soup bowl just to find out that it’s canned soup, on top of that the soup was cold. All soups we ordered came from a can, and the rest of the food was also terrible. Even the presentation was poor. How hard is it to serve fresh veggies in a soup? It’s not like you just opened for business yesterday. By now, you should know how much you serve on any given day. Therefore, there’s no excuse not to change from can to fresh! Next time I'll go to Publix or Walmart if only Panera is open in the area. Can food is can food! Why not save if you have no choice?

My wife and I eat frequently from this location. The food is great. However, they almost always leave an item out of the order. I understand that checking your own order before you leave is something we should all do, but it shouldn’t be wrong every single time. The last time it happened to me I didn’t think to check everything meticulously and had to drive back to the store after being given no other acceptable options over the phone to have it delivered.

When we arrived we were immediately greet with a warm hello and how may I help you. There was no line, but about all the seat were filled with customers happily eating food. The place was very clean and welcoming. They also have a quiet room for studying, which can be used by anyone and can be rented out for large groups. The female employee named Alex was also very helpful and made sure I made it to my table, helping me carry some of our food. I would definitely recommend coming to this Panera bread.
