Funky Sweets

Finally got to go to this place! I am usually in the area in the morning but today I lucked out and was there when they opened. The owners were as sweet as their treats! I started with the 8” Funnel Cake with just powdered sugar and it was everything I wanted it to be. I’m going to have to make the trip out there one evening to share this place with my daughter.

I never knew of this place until today! Neat little spot with ice cream, dippin dots and the star of the show - the funnel cakes! All kinds! They are dough-y and crunchy and are not grease-logged like other funnel cakes. The Oreo one was great! There is indoor with board games available and outdoor seating with jumbo Jenga games! If you have a sweet tooth, check it out!

If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the place to go. This is a chill spot to grab desserts. I ordered my dessert and it took about 15/20 min wait. I waited outside because this place was pack but the good thing is that they have games outside like Jenga or you can play Domino's as you wait for your order. My dessert was ready and I must it was pretty tasty but I'm pretty it was a lot of calories 😋. This spot is a must try and it great for the family or a date night dessert. I'll definitely be back in the future.

We randomly came upon this place because my mom was looking for something sweet. We were not disappointed in what we came across. The atmosphere was extremely eclectic, the operators were extremely friendly and the food/desserts that we got were amazing. You cannot be the quantities either. Now that we have been we will surely be going back for more.

Funnel cake was okay. Not enough strawberry to consider it even sweet. That wasn’t the worst part though, we arrived 27 minutes after they opened we were told a thirty minute wait for the oil to heat up. We wait thirty minutes to be told about another ten minutes. We sit and wait. Then we are asked “oh you haven’t ordered yet”. Obviously not. As a courtesy we should have been told when the oil was heated so we could order. Anyway we place our order and then there’s about another 10 minute wait. Overall, we were there for a little over an hour for a funnel cake that was okay. I’ve had better ones at the fair. We did receive a dollar off, just recommend that they begin heating oil before opening for orders. Not like it’s opens first thing in the morning, this was after 3pm.
