Grand Hacienda

The tamales are made in-house and they were excellent. Someone else mentioned how good the salsa is and we agree. Refried beans…also excellent. Even the sweet tea is fresh brewed and just perfect. Our waiter was kind and attentive. Food was delivered quickly and hubby agreed that we will return to Grand Hacienda again.

I have to admit I was skeptical about coming here after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Our server was attentive, friendly and helpful. The white sangria was great and everyone in our party enjoyed it. We were eight people and we sat outside which was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the White Sangria which was excellent. Our meals were great including the Chicken Fajitas, Cheese Quesadilla, Chicken Enchiladas and the Carne Guisada. Overall great experience, food quality and service. I would highly recommend Grand Hacienda for a great meal and service.

Horrible service. Took forever to greed our table. Waiter took drink order and brought them to our table, chips salsa that are supposed to be delivered before our food arrived late. We had to ask our waiter for them. We were 5 people in our group and We all order our food together and they brought 2 meals first after few minutes. People who got their food first started eating, then like 10 minutes later they brought one more meal so there where two people without food, finally after another 15 minutes the last two meals arrived but by then the first two people were already done eating. Very very bad service slow and Staff was Not attentive at all. Not recommended.

It was good. Great atmosphere and the menu is pretty good, as far as the options they have available. The frozen margaritas are great! We always order the peach frozen pitcher because it’s so worth the price. Limited parking on a weekend but you can find parking by the houses and you won’t get towed but again, always read the signs

Gotta give credit where credit is due! The service was totally on-point. (Sorry I don't recall the server's name.) He answered the few questions we had, got our order right and was quite prompt. Food was delicious! We got an appetizer (bean/cheese dip) and the platter. Was more food than we could even eat! Nicely decorated as well. (PS Don't trust Google maps...park on the east side of the building.)
