Chick-fil-a

The first time this chick fil a got my order wrong I let it go. I had ordered egg white grilled chicken sandwich but when I got home they had given me a sausage egg and cheese. I’m trying SO hard to watch my weight and I love that chick fil a has lower calorie options. This disappointed me but I ate the wrong sandwich anyway because I was hungry. Today I stopped by there and order grilled nuggets. I was given fried nuggets and now I am angry. This restaurant is 2/2 for getting my order WRONG and I don’t know it until I get home.

Always very courteous and professional, you can tell that the employees love where they work. I've been to this many many times and the food has always been fresh and hot. I went again last week knowing the lobby has been closed due to Covid and it was the first time I received the wrong type of strips and I don't mind spicy but after trying to eat one it was way too much. But I'll be back it was very busy and even though it was busy they were still providing great service, i will just reconfirm what I've ordered. Nowadays most fast food places are way understaffed and the workers act like they are doing you a favor but not here.

Went here to order food for the kids as the wife and I were going out. The line was tremendous and I wanted to leave but my wife said their service was fantastic and she was right. Waited in a line of about 30 cars for 5 minutes or less. That included outside staff taking our order, us paying for the food and then rolling up to the take out window to collect it. The order was correct, the food was hot and I was super impressed. Well recommended.

Busy as always. My only disappointment with the drive-thru is that it feels rushed. After I ordered from the limited menu that the customer representative had, I pulled up and saw other choices not readily visible on the handheld menu. I was unable to try something new, because it was not offered or easily noticed. Other than that the service was fine, but I would still like to be able to choose from a full menu if it is available.
