Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered 2 pizzas with spicy garlic sauce and a Papadilla. I only get two pizza and NO Paapdilla and NO spicy garlic sauce left at my door. I called and POLITELY requested that I get my papadilla. I asked if they could please text or call me when delivered, since the uncompleted ordered was dropped off and the guy left. BUT The wet-beind-the-ears employee who answered my call said "Um I can't promise they will text or call." ...I replied that "I tipped 20%, is it not much to ask a notification? "...MANANGEMENT do your jobs and train your employees on customer service. Sooo sad since restaurants were closed during the pandemic and now need business again more than ever. ..THEN DELIVER!

Bad Service...food contamination I ordered food from here today and when it was delivered I opened the box to find a flyer placed directly on top of my food. I'm not even that picky, but this was disgusting...why did anyone open the food and put some random flyer directly sticking on top of my food????? I called the manager...he said he would, "talk to the guy." Didn't even offer to refund the purchase...just he'd "talk to the guy. Went to the website...it's a type chat agent....he said to fill out a survey.... Seriously Papa Johns...Customer Service Nightmare...order from here at your own peril.

Was on my way back to NC and stopped for gas. Lucky enough there was a Papa John's attached to the building. Ordered some honey chip boneless chicken, order of garlic parm chicken wings, and cheese sticks. Everything was amazing perfect temp not over or under cooked. Both wings were not over sauced and had out standing flavor. Thank yall very much.
