Can't go wrong with the Paulas Special Burritos! Have it how you like it, smothered, shredded chicken or beef, pork or ground beef! It's all good!

We love Paula's! Being from Texas and just moving here less than 2 years ago, once we found Paula's with the TexMex flavor, it has become our favorite. Tacos and enchiladas for me, Tom loves the burritos. The salsa is the best!

Everything is made fresh, daily. No prepacked foods here. Fast, friendly service. This family owned and operated business has been serving St. George for over 40 years. Must be doing something right to stay in business all these years! Come check out for yourself why they've done so well for so long!

I've been a cook there for fifteen years, still to this day best Mexican food I've tasted! It's fresh every day! Not to mention I love all my Co workers we work hard to serving you as a costumer.

Paula’s is a St. George classic. I’ll be honest, if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with bold and unique flavors you’re best to go somewhere else. However, you have to consider that Paula’s is a 1970s Mexican restaurant in a small Utah town that probably had no other Hispanic food when it was built. It’s kitschy but full of history and good people. The service is always excellent and the view is fantastic. I love the food (probably because I grew up eating it), despite it being very basic. For a lot of people in St. George, visiting Paula’s is a tradition. I make it a point to visit Paula’s whenever I’m in town.

We went to Paulas with poor expectation having been disappointed on several occasions. They deserved another chance and we saw great improvement. Salsa could use some improvement. Our food was good and plentiful and it seemed much cleaner.

The tejas nanchos were amazing and enough for several people to eat. The staff was even better, so friendly
