Mother’s Day! What a treat! What a fantastic time. This icon on Anastasia Island has come back to be one of the best restaurants around! Oh how I missed their dressing! Sooooo good. If you know.. well you know! And now I have a whole bottle if it! Had the Catch of the day.. flounder coated in three different nuts and perfectly cooked. Sides were broccoli, cabbage (yum yum yum) and mashed potatoes. We also had the Roast Duck served with a sweet chili plum sauce (best he’s had in forever) Gypsy chicken, the Italian sausage sauté, and the blackened shrimp BLT salad (no photo). Entrees all came with a nice house salad to accompany my dressing. My drink of choice was a glass of Buffalo Trace on the rocks. Oh and the kookaburra coffee!!! Service was on point and on time (though they were worried they were not). This mom is very full and very happy!

I have to say from the outside I did judge this book by it's cover with the "taxi cab" theme. I am so glad we decided to go in and give it a try. We sat at the bar, note it's very small seating avail but there are a lot of tables and open seating. The place is clean and the service is with a smile. I had escargot for appetizer, it was delicious! I could not believe how flavorful and for the price how much I got to eat. Then we had the fried cheese spiedini - OMG! If you love melted cheese you're gonna love this app! My girlfriend had the duck. OMG! Two large pieces for the price of one. Could not believe how great the duck was prepared and the sides were all delicious as well. Plenty of parking on the side and front. Would I go here again? YES YES YES, can't wait!

We Had an incredible meal tonight. One of the best I've had in a super long time. We had the hummus platter ( WOW) to start followed by some salads with their delicious homemade salad dressing. Really different but very tasty. Then for the main course we had the prime rib and the chicken pot pie. Both were mouth watering. Looking forward to next time.

Visited for the 1st time in years! Heard it had been sold! What a real treat to walk in and see the old Gypsy Cab decor...yet fresh, clean and smelling Like Garlic and Ned's yummy Dressing! Service was great and food was an amazing throwback to the good ole days of Ned being in the kitchen! Everything was fresh and comfortable. You have to try it! Thanks Frank for bringing back a long time staple to St. Augustine! We've missed it. We will be back!

Stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Everything was great. MK was our bartender and she was awesome. Knew alot about the menu and was very friendly and fun. She told us about the brunch so we came back the next morning and it was awesome as well. Jeff took good care of us and was entertaining as well. Great food and great vibe. Loved the new renovations as well.

Delicious food. The servings were HUGE! You could definitely share a meal with someone or take half home and get 2 very large meals. The French fries was amazing. Staff was great and very attentive. Parking was very easy and accessible. Restrooms are clean and maintained. If you have mobility issues I think the women's bathroom I went into would be challenging to maneuver into by the way the stall doors open but the stalls themselves were very large. I don't know if there's another restroom. I'd definitely recommend the restaurant and would return next time we are in the area.
