I had the BBQ pork special with coleslaw and Mac & Cheese, it was the best! There's a big difference between restaurants that just heat up frozen food (like the pizza place in town) and one where a chef does the cooking. It's worth the extra $. Considering that, I find the Kitchen56 prices very reasonable. If there is one thing that I could change, it would be to not serve farm raised salmon.

This is a very nice spot. Service was great and the steak tips and meat loaf were awesome. We wish them great success and we will definitely be back! Edit. Run do not walk to have the Chocolate Decadence dessert.

Staff was excellent. Great vegetarian options as well as a good beer selection. We brought kids with us and the team brought out some extra snacks for them " distraction fries: which went over well!!!

No matter where Doug is or what he's doing, the food is always great. Kitchen 56 is super cute, good atmosphere, and welcoming as you come in. I highly recommend getting the chocolate decadence (a Doug specialty)... Even if you don't eat it there, get it to go for later. You won't regret it.

First time here, service was excellent,server very friendly and attentive.had chicken wings to start, awesome!!!! Smash burgers ( we all had one ) were perfectly cooked .menu was fantastic,will come back and have a steak dinner next time!!

Just enjoyed the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower. Simply delicious!! The salmon was prepared perfectly.

Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service. They have the best edamame I've had anywhere and a great selection of beers and drinks. The chocolate decadence is to die for but I wouldn't order it first like the menu suggests because you won't want anything else. I'll be sure to be back when I'm in the area again!
