This location is garbage. The issue isn't getting orders wrong, it's a problem with quality. This photo is a cheesy Gordita crunch. Virtually no meat, and it's covered in sauce.
I have been here about a dozen times and the experience is generally poor. I'd go back for a refund, but it ain't worth the cost in gas.

This taco bell is very very very slow. Line got a few cars? Hope you're not on your lunch break with a whole 30 or 45min to spare because you will still be in line longer. A bunch of very young kids who make food like if you order black beans, you won't have many beans, but plenty of black juice. Nacho cheese in your item? Hardly any, or plenty of it tasting old like melted plastic or play dough. I can't not recommend this store enough, and I am always one to give anywhere a second chance, thinking it could just be the cook. No, it is this store. There are plenty of other places there with better, warmer, cooked properly food with correct proportions and kinder staff with decent customer service skills. These people are not reasonable. Places are so short staffed these days, they will hire and keep anyone. This is one of those.

Went for the free Taco pizza but got charged for it anyway and ordered it without tomatoes and yep you guessed it had tomatoes. The soft tacos we ordered probably had maybe a tablespoon of beef on them. Only gave the a 2 star because the service was quick like you should expect in a drive thru.

Today I put in an online order. Get to the drive thru for pick up, and was told they couldn't complete it because they were out of potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, black beans, chip and crispy Frito stripes. How does this location even function? They are always out of at least one item. Tonight it just happened to be a good portion of the menu. Very disappointed. Day staff is much better , so if you do want your taco bell fix, try to go to this one earlier in the day. Just don't be surprised if they are out of multiple items.

Really frustrating dropping almost $70 at this place, and everything being messed up. Didn’t get 3 of my drinks that were ordered, they didn’t label anything so we had to actually pick apart everything to see what was what, things weren’t made as requested, and no sauces were in the bag. PLEASE START TRAINING YOUR PEOPLE PROPERLY!!! It really is not difficult to read the instructions on the screen and follow it properly.

Ive been here over 10 times and I think they have gotten my order correct once? If it's not making my order incorrectly it's missing items. Also it seems like they are always out of items every time I go there. I don't think this is a "supply chain issue" as I have not had this experience as often at other Taco Bell's as I do at the one in Springfield. Probably the worst Taco Bell.....

Crunch wrap supreme was kind of bad. You know what you're getting with Taco Bell at least. Fellow at the window gave us the wrong sized freeze and let us keep the small one but still gave us the wrong flavor. Oh well!
