I ordered through DoorDash and what I requested was nothing I ordered. It was the same base sandwich but the condiments, cheese, veggies were not. I am so disappointed. They even gave me the wrong chips. I called and asked why my order was incorrect and she said she does not know. I thought I could trust my ordered would be correct considering I’m not going out much due to the pandemic. Frustrated

The Springfield location accepted my day late coupon BUT the greenbrier location ( where I live ) said that they did not accept coupons ( that were in date and subway coupons ) Which made no sense to me at all. The Springfield manager was very nice so were the other employees plus everything was fresh !! I will definitely be back! Thank you

Service was good. Was using a coupon to try one of their new subs. The Mozza sub was good, but I'm hooked on my favorite which is the Cold Cut. Everything was fine with visit, but I wasn't "blown away."

Closing at 4:00 pm on a Tuesday is nuts to me. Even being short staffed that’s super early. Furthermore, I would have been okay with it and going elsewhere without complaining, but when I called and asked why the door was locked (immediately after someone entered in front of me as we pulled in at the same time, and other customers in the building.) the guy (Daniel) says they’re closed and hung up in my face. Then proceeds to come to the door with a closed sign and says “yea sorry”. I told him, you couldn’t have said that before being rude and hanging up on me. He says “well I’m apologizing now”. Ha, thanks. I’ve been to this Subway one other time in the two years I’ve lived in Springfield and they were rude then too. Crazy how people are so rude and just genuinely don’t care anymore.

The past 5 times I've been here they've been out of alot but don't realize it until AFTER they start making your order.... They have a bunch of teenagers in the evening (which is good for young people to work) but they are completely clueless and have ZERO customer service skills.... this subway had gone WAAAAYYYYY downhill!

They weren't playing today! My order did not process though it pulled my money and they were happy to make my sandwich anyway. They pulled us through the line quickly without being rude. Love my local Subway!

I came for breakfast with my son, I was slightly disappointed they didn’t sell coffee. The employee offered to go next door to the gas station and buy my coffee. I’d call that great costumer service!

It's always a disappointment getting food from this Subway. When you arrive, the music is loud and the employees barely acknowledge you. I rarely see them in full uniform or wearing hats/hairnets around the food. The bread is always under cooked and the store is dirty.. like literally dirty. Crumbs and debris on the floors, under tables and chairs. That isn't my main complaint. I've ordered multiple sandwiches, to go, from this location toasted, only to be unwrapped and it being ice cold. Not sure when the last time am inspection took place. It's a brand new store too which just adds to the disappointment.
