La Michoacana

Took my 6 year old grandkids to get expensive ice cream. My grandson ordered the bubblegum, but when he got it, he said it tasted bad and didn't want it. When I tasted it, it had a funny aftertaste that I wasn't comfortable with him eating. I took it to the counter and told them it tasted funny. They charged me full price (3.84) for a scoop of chocolate to replace it. Never offered my money back for the bad ice cream or even offered an apology. Just took the bad stuff and walked away. Not going there anymore.

I get off work at 8:30 pm every night and I have been wanting to try this place for months. BUT, EVERY TIME I GET HERE BETWEEN 8:30-8:45 THEY ARE CLOSED. Their sign and website says they close at 9 but apparently not. They leave early every night and even if I see the girl and guy inside, they cut the sign off and say "CLOSED". WELL THANKS. MAYBE FIX YOUR OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES ON YOUR PAGES AND SIGNS. This is the last time I'll ever try going there. Good luck with your future business. Not to much customer service there at all.

Wonderful ice cream !! I didn't try the food but will next time. Clean and considering how old the building is they did a good job with it. People were very friendly and helpful. They let you taste test of course. I wish they had a wall menu or a menu at all. Another group of people got their food and I sure would have order if I know they had food it looked fantastic !!
