This location has gone downhill rapidly. Using DoorDash most of the time. Of the last four times ordering, three times the pizzas have been undercooked and doughy. Last night we ordered again and DoorDash delivered a cold pizza which was burnt on the crust. They didn’t use a heated bag. I watched the woman pull the box from the back seat. I tipped over $5.00 in addition to the delivery fee because if you don’t add a tip, DoorDash drivers will pass your pizza up and take others that have a tip on them which I learned on a previous experience when a pizza was delivered cold over two hours after ordering and only after I called the manager on that occasion.

Ordered a pizza at 11:15 pm and tracker showed a 37-47 minute wait time. Pizza just showed up at 12:35 am and to say it was room to temperature would be giving it too much credit. Driver then tried to strong arm me into giving them a 40% tip by claiming they only had $6 of change available. They walked away with a $1 tip instead. Hire some delivery drivers and stop paying door dash drivers who take forever and then try to scam me into giving 40% tips. Don’t blame the drivers either - you chose to hire them instead of hiring your own drivers who you actually can hold to some kind of a quality standard

Only leaving a 1 star cause you have to, to leave a review. Most of the employees stand in the back doing nothing, seems as though only a couple actually working. The disrespect from staff is absolutely horrible. Hardly ever get a good customer service experience. You see employees on the clock in the vap shop next door then going right back into the building to stand around. How do you run a business when management is rude and doesn't do anything? Owner needs to get on this and fix this problem before the decent employees leave and he's stuck with the bad ones who run off all customers.

I ordered delivery of a medium pizza and chicken wings.......I had a promo code for a free medium pizza and used it.
Someone from the store called me and said they were out of mediums would I like a large for 2.99 more..........I told her I was using a promo code for the medium and if she wanted to upgrade me a large for free I was ok with it.
After the order arrived I looked at the receipt and the store charged me for the 2.99$ upgrade.
So I guess Papa John's needs 3 bucks so bad that they are willing to lose a customer who has ordered from them at least twice a month for the last 10 years.
I ain't going to lie......... gonna miss there food.

Pizza was ok, the amount if toppings was disappointing. Garlic knots were burnt. Called to report the burnt knots and after 15 minutes and still waiting for someone to answer I gave up.

Gone downhill. I ordered at 11 and didn’t get my pizza until 1:30 am….. ice cold by the way

We waited for two hours for pizza that should be delivered in 30 minutes, We called twice and the girl she won’t answer our calls until I went there to pick it up but she told me is already delivered. I asked her for refund and she didn’t do it. I will never order Papa johns again.

Be prepared for bad service and burnt pizzas. This location does not follow instructions. They are careless and very unprofessional. See images for this location!!
