You better hope your meal has no problems. The manager wanted to refuse to give money back when we were told they were out of chocolate ice cream. She said she does not have to give refunds. She eventually refunded but was still grumbling to her workers.

I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I don't know what I got but it had chocolate in it instead of cheesecake. I won't be going back to this dairy queen.

When placing my order they read back some .. read back some wrong. Then didn't have some on my receipt. So at the food window I asked if I could pay for the full order an additional blizzard .. they said in the future we don't allow this. So you get the order wrong I correct it and pay for it and I'm the bad guy. Ugh seriously!

The manager walked right past an employee handling food without gloves to scold me for my child sitting on the counter. Interesting priorities. I won’t be eating here again.

Absolutely love love love the cookie dough brownie blizzard made with chocolate ice cream you can’t go wrong at Dairy Queen when it comes to soft serve ice cream hands-down the best around
