Had the worst experience here today with a woman with the most terrible attitude I’ve ever seen over a big pickle? I have never been to a ice cream shop that has the worst customer service to a customer that paid for food and milkshakes. I didn’t even want the pickle and tried to give it back then the “owner” or “manager “ comes to the window yelling at me about why are you taking something that isn’t yours and took it back! I didn’t want your regular size pickle anyway! She took it back, and cross contaminated and served it to the car in front of me. Had one of her employees apologizing for her behavior and she is a grown woman! Grow Up.

The prices they charge you are different (more) than the board says, which is the first red flag. The second red flag is their speed. They only have 1 speed, slooooww! The food and ice cream is good but they make it very hard to want to keep coming back. Update - 8 April 2022 Things have been a lot better as of late. The food is very tasty as it always has been. I recommend calling your order in if you plan to go through the drive through for food as they make everything fresh and it does take a bit of time. Maybe my initial review was based on a bad day but everything that I had an issue with initially hasn't happened since so I have changed the review rating to 4 stars. Also, the prices are very affordable and my receipt as of late has matched what the board says so whatever internal change they made, keep it up!
