Service was excellent. Have been eating at Bob Evans for decades. Their redesigned biscuits about '05 blew Cracker Barrel's away. Had sausage patties and sausage gravy today as usual. Fiance had bacon. The sausage was a new variety and so bad I asked it be taken off my bill. Bacon was not as bad, but a BIG comedown from the BE bacon I have always enjoyed. My guess: new owners are trying to keep short term profits up by cheapening offerings. I predict it will not work. They will drive away their huge fan base. I will not go back for breakfast. I may try dinner. If experience is equally bad will switch permanently to Cracker Barrel. I predict I will not be alone.

Let me start off by saying that Brittany the Hostess is just as nice and sweet as can be.
Our waitress was helpful and nice as well.
It was the lunch rush, and all of the waitresses were very busy.
We only had to wait about 5 or 6 minutes to be seated. We waited another 5 minutes for our drinks. The wait for food was 45 minutes, and it was pretty much just OK.
A man left shortly after we arrived and his table remained untouched for our entire visit.
I can't say I won't go back, but I will not choose lunch time again no matter what.

The food was good but clearly the hostess did not want patrons inside. She was dissuading people from dining in. It became obvious that the to go orders were the priority. We came at 5:30 and didn’t get served until 7:15pm. My kids were starving. They claimed it was because there was only one server but it wasn’t that busy and it didn’t take much to bring plates from the kitchen. It was the matter of orders placed from dining in customers being fulfilled AFTER orders still coming in from online. Clearly the issue is they’re worried about complaints and bad reviews. But all I ordered were kids meal pancakes and an omelette for myself. It should not have taken that long to made or brought to the table. But when online orders are the priority, clearly you’re going to be sitting waiting forever no matter how simple your order is. My kids were passed frustrated and acting out by the time they got to eat. They’re good was ice cold too.

Fast turnaround on our meal, nice staff, and the tables were spread well a part for social distancing.

The service was good but the restaurant was freezing inside. It’s February and 10 degrees outside and the air conditioner is on. I should not have to sit and eat with my coat on.

Ordered through door dash. Driver was friendly. The food was terrible. 12 dollars for a omelets that came in a hamburger sized container. Will never order from this bon Evans again. Terrible. Should be ashamed of yourselves
