Got the grilled Salmon for a take out meal to go. Got the rice and baked potato. Even traveling all the way home the meal was still warm and tasty. This time I chose the regular grilled Salmon not on the cedar plank. I have to say it wasn't quite as good but still had pretty delicious flavor. The fish was seasoned nicely and texture was flaky and firm. The rice was moist with nice flavor. They packed the ingredients for a loaded baked potato on the side so you could add what you like. Very thoughtful. The baked potato was cooked perfectly. I would have liked a bigger piece of fish but I understand there are two sizes and I selected the small one. Overall a great meal. I will order this again

I went with my family of 3 tonight and the service was horrible. I ordered 2 pieces of Cod and this is what I was served. This is not on the location itself but the franchise as a whole. This is clearly 1 filet cut in half and presented as 2 pieces. This is so unacceptable.

We just went today for a birthday dinner and it was HORRIBLE🤢 Everything was bland, the ribs and tenders way over cooked... my steak was like they boiled it😤😡 We will not be going back. For those prices we will go elsewhere.

I came to this location for lunch. Our server Lindsey was amazing! I can’t remember the last time service was this excellent anywhere I have been. She was fun, professional, food was on point and she remembered every detail. Drinks never ran empty and never made you feel annoying for asking for things. I completely recommend this location and if you get Lindsey take care of her cause she we definitely take care of you!

Due to several circumstances Saturday, I had to walk into O'Charley's lobby around lunch time & place an order at the front desk. They were very friendly, professional, & quickly accommodated me. The waitress even added extra rolls into my bag without being asked. I was very impressed with the service I received & look forward to going back when we can stay longer & enjoy a great meal!

We sat at the bar ordered the nachos they were stale & it was missing toppings. They had no bush light beer or bud light. The rolls were good. My roast beef sandwich came with only cheese no sauce. The western burger was good but the service needed to be better.

Pleasantly surprised with the Louisiana sirloin. It was exceptionally good and cooked to order. It was very tender and seasoned perfectly. The broccoli was also excellent as it was fresh and not overcooked. The salad was huge for a side salad and was also fresh. Vinegarette dressing was tasty.
Service was also great. Lily was very attentive and professional. I'll be back for more steak!

We went to O Charley for lunch with a large party for lunch. The service was wonderful and our waitress was very sweet. I know we weren’t an easy group but she was very professional and the manager came out and to see how we were doing. We will definitely be going back! 1/24/22. Springfield Ohio
