When we get the chance to run up to Springfield for Winco supplies, we always stop here for lunch. It is clean and quiet, the staff always happy and ready to help. You are given a large bowl and are offered soup and rice to go with your meal. You then prepare your bowl with a variety of fresh meats and vegetables- pile that baby up!! There are at least 12 delicious sauces ( I usually put on 4 to raise that spice level) to choose from - some mild and some hot. Walk your bowl over to the grill master and he puts it on along with some water for steam and then he will ask if you would like soy sauce. An egg is also available if you would like to add it to your bowl. In just a minute or so, it is served up on a platter and handed back to you. There are more condiments if you need to get things just so and then you take a seat. If you finish that first bowl, you are allowed to go back and make a second bowl with one caveat- take home leftovers is only offered with your first bowl. I cannot imagine making a second bowl- but I will say that it is delicious and fresh. We enjoy it every time.

Food was good but they really should follow the hours that they have posted or update them. Went for dine in but was forced to do take out since they decided they were going to close 30 mins early.

The cooks were friendly and the food was cooked perfectly. We love this place except my daughter ordered tea and got a paper cup with a Lipton tea bag. She was disappointed because she looked forward to a cup with the little pot

So, food is what it is. It's good since it's pretty standard Mongolia grill type food. However, the owner (the woman) is horribly rude. I went with my sister for lunch, and she took our drink order. I ordered a Diet Pepsi, and my sister said "I'll have Diet Pepsi also". I heard this clearly and assumed she did too. After getting the drinks, she tells me "this one is the diet" and I said "they are both diet. She then says "no, only this one"
"they were both supposed to be diet"
"No, only 1"
"We both ordered diet, my sister can't have sugar"
"Will she said regular! " she proceeded to make a rude face and a big show of rolling her eyes and acting nonsensical.
Had previous encounters with this woman, such as getting super aggressive when I find tinfoil in my food.
Stay away, go to the one on Coburg instead.

Most likely will never eat there again. Paid $62 for me and my 2 kids. Only had 1 bowl for me and my kids had half a bowl,1 beer and the rice tasted of chlorine. After we were served initially we got ignored the rest of the time, unless my kids needed more soda. Never got asked if we wanted another bowl or if I wanted another beer. Also had a lady looking at us but NEVER engaged our wants or needs. Cheaper to do it at home your way. 1 star is generous.

Ordered online, picked it up, and upon getting home and opening the food we realized it had not been cooked with any sauce (Teriyaki, soy, bbq, ect.) So the food was cooked, but bland. Their online ordering is MISSING the category to say which sauces to use. I would not recommend ordering online until they fix this issue, unless you want to re-cook your food at home...
