Delivery has always been 30 mins or less. All employees from phone to delivery personal have always been very kind and friendly and patient. Food is always good. Anything from pizza to grinders, burgers, salads, appetizers, dinners. Not a single complaint. Since I've moved to my current location for the past year this is the only place I order out from. Excellent food, Excellent service.I would highly recommend them

Great! I called before ordering to make sure that they would deliver to our hotel. The girl on the phone was fantastic and very accommodating. The food was delivered quickly and was all piping hot. Great value for the money. Will order again if we travel to the area.

On our way to Hartford airport from wedding in Mass Moca and wanted to find some good pizza. A lot of places around here seem to have thicker crust in the pics. After reading many reviews and pics, this was our choice. Nice thin NY style pizza. Pretty good. Toppings were good and crust thin. I'd recommend

This was our first time in Springfield, we had some time before our connecting train and we were hungry. Gino's pizza was nearby and it certainly did not disappoint. Good pizza - New York Style. Quick service, could use slightly better sauce. A bit on the pricier side - but overall a very good spot to stop if you need a slice in the neighborhood. Good mozzarella sticks also!

Their brunch menu is exceptional - albeit smaller than many other places (not a problem given the quality). Would recommend the Benedict, either pizza (breakfast pizza is amazing), or carbonara. They also have a great brunch cocktail list.Dinner is just as good - terrific pizzas, many great pasta options, and a respectable (again, small) drink list.

I happened upon this pizza place today, Gino's. I was really impressed by their fast, friendly service and great food. I ordered a 'small' greek salad and it turned out to be a whole meal. The salad was fresh with veggies, olives and lots of fresh feta and beautifully displayed on the plate! It came with a side of garlic toast and grape leaves. What a deal for the price of a small salad. The place was packed with lunch timers and they were still able to provide efficient service, well done! It was great to find a good, fast healthy lunch, thank you!

Not only their delivery guy is Rude But Their Pizza is Awful No taste. No cheese no good crust was burn I didnt Eat It. Look like a bad Dominos Pizza SMH Definetly Palace Pizza are WAY better they have that NY Style flavor and they ACTUALLY put Enough CHEESE in their pizza. I went to Gino's pizza today and the service was exceptional the food was prepared on time the prices are amazing , I felt very welcomed. I suggest this place over any other place in the area.

Great real Italian food. A little pricey. Extra toppings on the pizza's is a little bit expensive. Better to use the coupons that they send in the mail.
