Ordered a Extra Barbecue Sauce pizza and got No Barbecue sauce. Then I ordered another pizza. And got extra BBQ sauce and a pizza that was cheese on one side because the cheese slid to one side while in transit. What a Joke.
Slow service. They have a 2 minute freshness timer for curbside delivery that they shut off so they don’t need to owe you a free pizza. Apparently the pizza was brought to my car 9 minutes ago yet I’m still sitting here in the parking lot waiting. I’ll never come to this location again.
The manager came at my life bc I asked a question about a pizza they delivered to the wrong place. Rudely offered the pizza for free missing the point literally shouting Bad customer service
Well, I was sitting inside after ordering a pacific veggie pizza just to hear them making it and complaining about the pacific veggie pizza. Not really a vote of confidence, but at least it tasted ok.
