Went to get a Poke Bowl for dinner tonight. When I gave the server my completed loyalty card I was informed they no longer honor them. I just completed it 2 weeks ago. This business has made a decision that loyal customers are not important. This is unacceptable to me and I will not be going back, EVER!!!!!
Update: I received a call that night from the manager who apologized for the misunderstanding. He informed me they will honor the loyalty cards, but are coming out with a new app based loyalty program in the near future. On that basis I will give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to patronize their business.
Delicious fresh ingredients, worth the money. Got some poke bowl in nyc that cost the same but wasn’t anywhere near as good.

I am so incredibly grateful that I finally stopped and tried this place out. Now I've been twice for lunch in less than a week. Even grabbed a customer punch card, because I plan on being a regular. Fresh, flavorful, and fantastic. I love the Hawaiian classic, and need to come back so I can try all of them.
This place was great! Awesome food, atmosphere, & service! I dinned in eating the "joy classic" the dish was very well balanced & truly tasted awesome! Highly recommend!!!
