Great icecream! Located at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield Massachusetts. If you looking for a treat, this is a great place to start! Plenty of choices from their menu, or you can create your own combination!! Whether you have it in one of their 3 sizes of cups or a cone or a cone bowl which can also be chocolate dipped or plain, you won't be disappointed. Check it out!!

I went to this location and have to say I had an excellent experience! The place is busy and rightfully so. The shop is clean and the staff was working efficiently to get everyone's orders done. Nice to see sweet and friendly faces. The management was very helpful to the crew and you can tell they are raising up a good team. Thank you for a great experience, and amazing ice cream! A definite recommend!

Picked up my order. Got home. I live 3 minutes away. Ice cream was completely melted. The cone was stale AF. And do they answer their phones? Nope.
Second time in a row having a problem with an online order. Really unprofessional staff. Probably will never go back. Don't waste your time.

Ice cream is good but it took us one hour and forty minutes to get the ice cream. Then it was all melted because the girl was super slow. (She was very friendly tho, might have been a new employee) Anyways, ice cream is good but wait time is awful.

I have a 20 dollar gift card and the cashier(s) couldn't get the charge in. I also "overheard" staff say "how embarrassing". You know what is embarrassing? Working for Cold Stone getting paid minimum wage and being un-appreciative for having a job..

The young lady making our ice cream was rude, rolling her eyes and was very slow!!! The ice cream was melting because it just sat there while she took her time to gather ingredients!! I paid $42.00 for melted ice creams. I will never go back there again.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Congratulations, you're slower that Friendly's, didn't think that was possible. I will never return to this joke of a business again. The management should be fired NOW. It would be faster to wait for evolution to give us Ice Cream Cone Trees.

Love this place. Went with my family and they were so nice to my 4 year old. They told her everything they did when making her ice cream and topped it off with extra sprinkles
