Went here to celebrate Mother's Day. This was our 3rd time here and unfortunately it was not up to the same standard as previous visits. Perhaps this was because it was much busier than usual and the kitchen and wait staff were a little overwhelmed.
Service: The waiter was very courteous and personable. He was busy and at times hard to find. Drinks and appetizer came out fairly quickly. Salads and soup came out soon after. Then... The wait. Dinners took about 40 minutes after the soup and salad was cleared. This was by far the biggest disappointment of the night.
Food: Flavor was excellent. And in general everything was cooked very well. Unfortunately my daughter's pork chop was under done (cool center). This was sent back and cooked more.
Overall: For the price, I felt there should have been much better service. And I was very surprised that no management rep came to apologize for the delays or under cooked food. Other tables received complementary dessert but we were offered no other accommodations.

We went out for our anniversary. Had the surf and turf and was slightly disappointed. I've had this before and it was great but not this last time. The risotto was overcooked and they had ran out of scallops that night and I received one very small piece of scallop with this dish. The spinach had no flavor. The absolute highlight of our night were the drinks, I had the Pistachio drink and my hubby had the Red grapefruit margarita. The service was great as well.

This place is okay. I got the Beef Wellington, my husband got the Lobster Mac and Cheese. My entree’s sauce tasted like a frozen salsbury steak sauce. My husband complained that the mac needed more cheese.

Where to start...
Atmosphere: what I would expect for a nice steak restaurant.
Service: good.
Food: total disappointment. Starting with the not hot lobster bisque moving to the Luke warm Surf and Turf tower where the meat was over cooked. The beef wellington was about 5 minutes late. Which is always fun when people want to eat together. Funny thing, there was no wellington to it. No mustard, no mushrooms, etc. The meat was way over cooked and the puff pastry wasn't even browned. Just a piece of meat wrapped in puff pastry. Check out the photo.
Will definitely not be back.

The price matches the ambience and the taste of quality in the meal, but the quantity isn't very much and you're left hungry. $16 for 4 oysters.

We sat out on the porch. Tastefully decorated. Our server was wonderful. She gave honest opinions about different dishes we asked about, not the usual tell them its all good and let them figure it out. We had the pork belly on angel hair for an appetizer which was covered in a sweet chili sauce ..delicious 😋 was just the right kind of kick and added to the pork belly flavor. I had the sirloin which was cooked just the way I wanted medium rare was a good cut not a lot of sinew with parmesan risotto, creamy soft but not a gelatinous blob, and the asparagus was between crunchy and soft, u could cut it with a knife in one swipe and not work hard at it. All in all was a delicious meal and I would definitely go again and try something else.

This place is nothing like it use to be, I've been to 350 dozens of time and the way my party was treated completely left a bad taste in my mouth...LITERALLY After what I've experienced I will not be back EVER! Our server tried his best but the way the front end people were operating as well as the kitchen staff it left him in a frenzy. We were not greeted with a warm welcome AT ALL we were being spoken to as if we were not paying customers they were very rude and I'm disgusted. The man and the lady running the show was so eager to shut the show down because they wanted to sit by the bar and enjoy their Friday night (shame on you) food was horrible chicken was uncooked, the restaurant was infested with flies and not to mention food was being brought out that no one order and that still was left on the bill.

We waited a long time to be greeted. We were seated at the only table without a table cloth even though other tables were available. Our birthday was never acknowledged so I'm not sure why we were asked what the occasion was. They were out of the menu item we ordered but waited close to 30 minutes to tell us. The food took really long to arrive. Even the bread we ordered came out long after the salad. The food was mediocre. Our wait person barely spoke to us but noticed that I only ate one bite of my entrée. They asked how it was and I said I didn't like it. No response to that. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience and we won't be returning.

So I've gone there a number of times and been disappointed. Last night was the best. Food was delicious and Sarah our server was amazing. Totally enjoyed and would recommend it. Hoping to go back and repeat the experience. Of course I will ask for Sarah again

The 350 Grill is one of my favorite restaurants. We had an amazing dinner Saturday night. Kristen was our server and she was so accommodating. We were there for over 3 hours enjoying our cocktails, food and friends. For anyone who has eaten there it's a must...you will not be disappointed!

I was very disappointed. The worst steak I've ever had. The ribeye was tough and NOTHING was seasoned at all. The server cleared three almost full plates, we said we didn't care for it, and she didn't even get a manager. We will not be returning.

I was in heaven. Tuna tartar as appetizer. Fantastic. Then I had a soup and the size of the two made me satisfied. I am traveling a lot, also Europe etc. This place is my favorite restaurant.

Food was amazing, our reservation was for 645, was not brought to our table till 800, take it for granted it is Mother’s Day weekend but they need to schedule there reservations better for the needs of their customers.

Let me just state that 350 Grill is never a disappointment!! Everything from the moment you walk in to the moment you exit.. When ever I have employees who travel here from off site locations from other states, this is my go to establishment.. I also work with many out of town individuals who have transferred here to Western Massachusetts and they always inquire about restaurants, sight seeing and entertainment.. Well of course I mention 350 Grill.. The staff is also suburb.. Kristin you are a fresh face, with an outstanding personality and thank you from the bottom of my heart for always making our dining experience ones to remember!!!! See you soon!!

The food was amazing, but the service was very unpleasant. The owner/hostess was extremely rude she didnt even greet us. Our waitress never even smiled, i was very uncomfortable. Will not go back.
