I didn't realize that counter next to the food bin was actually a seating area for employees but she looked comfy. Two customers came in to get their orders corrected. My sandwich was undercooked. Fries also not cooked correctly.. If you could dodge the puddle next to the drink dispenser you could manage to get a drink . I came here because every table at the clear lake store had yet to be cleaned. Bad choice.

Hit and miss with getting what you ordered. Will always be this way I'd imagine cause it always has been.
They treat their sauce like it's literally golden and you can't have it no matter what. Here's one sweet and sour for 20 nuggets.....c'mon. Your prices have gone up on every item, at least include more sauce.

Very BUSY, but... Kept the line moving.
And, everyone seemed professional and hard-working. On top of all of that, they were accurate on all of the orders that went out; including mine.

This is the most poorly run McDonals in Springfield. The take forever to take your order at the drive up and the when you pick up your order it almost never correct and then they want to argu with you. The owners obviously don’t care about what the customers think or say because nothing ever changes. The McDonald further down the road o Clearlake kno how to treat the customers and you almost never have an issue there

First their night crew is horrible.. took 20 min in drive threw to get food and when we finally got it it was all ice cold . Ppl are so rude...
Went this morning to grab coffee on our way out of town and they r supposed to open at 6am at 610 nothing so I called n got told it would be another 10 min before they were open... Again rude as can be..
But they want 15 an hour hahh

The only thing that was good was my Sprite. Fries was soggy and cold like they were pulled 2 mins before the timer went off. The lettuce on my McChicken looked old. My kids nuggets taste like they have been sitting out for over an hour. I had 20 nuggets and only got 2 sauces even after I paid for extra.......DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Ordered two 1/4 pounders got down the road to find out that they forgot to put bottom buns on either burgers. I turned around and went back into the store. they fixed them up with buns and gave me an order of fries for their mess up.

This store the worst one to get if you doordash or unber eats. If they are under staff the day you go. You better go drive thru they won't care about anything else. Had me waiting 45 mins for a doordash order I was supposed to delivery.
