Papa John's is a great tasting pizza as a product. It has a slightly sweet tasting sauce that sets it apart from the rest. Unfortunately though,the Decatur location is not producing quality products or services at this time. Really hope that will change soon.

I ordered my pizza for pickup. They made it wrong and when I ate it. I bit into sharp plastic. When I called to get my order fixed. John told me to wait until the next day. I have to feed my kids. I feel robbed nor can I enjoy the rest of my meal. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service. Couldn’t switch a single bbq dipping sauce for a ranch on a door dash order…. A single cup of ranch. btw door dash doesn’t offer the ranch option so y’all should maybe fix that.
