La Piazza Cucina Italiana

My nephew picked this restaurant for lunch and we are so glad he did! I shared the Caprese half salad and fig and prosciutto pizza. The crust was more of a cracker crust. Everything was delicious. They have a nice selection of drinks you can't get other places too. Check them out. We ate outside and got to see Lincoln and Mary come in for a drink as well. Say hi to Michael. He was helpful and kind.

Great place! Had a 1/2 Summer Salad - spinach, goat cheese, peaches, small nuts in light balsamic. Great taste and perfect size. Had pesto with chicken, very tasty and it came out piping hot. Some nice soft bread with a little evoo and a nice Chianti. The vino was reasonably priced too. A great meal, friendly service, they had outside seating also. I recommend this restaurant. They also had pizza.

We read reviews about this place and decided to try it with no expectations. All five of us were extremely surprised and happy with how good all our food was. We tried the bruschetta, caprese salad, fichi & prosciutto pizza, vesuvio pizza and the cheese bread were absolutely delicious. So fresh and tasted homemade. The ambiance is very casual so I our opinion it didn’t match the caliber of food but that was totally fine with us. It was quiet so we could talk and hear each other. We are from California and pay a lot more money over there for this quality of food. Service was great! We wished we lived closer to be able to come back.

La Piazza is my go to lunch spot downtown. Everything they make is amazing. La Piazza is magic, thats all I can say. The red sauce is perfect, the noodles are amazing, and the meatballs are packed with flavor. The pizza is perfect, there was a ricotta cheese one for the pizza of the day once, and was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The Gyros are also great. The meat is flavorful, and the bread tastes like it was baked the same day. And you know what the best part is, the price. Lunch specials are 2 items for $10. Dinner prices are pretty good, you're getting the best Italian food in your life. If all that hasn't swayed you, the owners are very nice and personable. We're always greeted with a big smile from one of the owners, and they make you feel like you're part of their family.

This is terrible food passing for Italian. Dont stop there to eat. Horrid service. Bread came very late, no salt or pepper for salad. Must ask for everything. Even parmesan cheese. Small portions that look bigger eith sause. All aka carte. No atmosphere. Higher prices for low rated food. NEVER AGAIN!
