For a 13$ chicken fired rice, I thought they should at least put on two eggs or at least one egg with the dish but there are no eggs. I had to recook the rice and added my own eggs in it 😂. And the initial taste is salty(they put too much salt into the cooking), that’s also a reason for me to recook
The food was tasty and authentic. (had the buffet). Having been to India, I was hoping for something spicy, but everything was pretty tame. The temperature of all of the food could have been "hotter" too.

For perspective, I am of Indian origin and have eaten at many Indian restaurants throughout the world. We ordered food for takeout. Mild (for my child) was spicy for me (who normally orders spicy). The rotis were tiny, almost the size of my palm. The vegetables/ curries had little taste, just spice.
