Very delicious Polish cafe/bakery. House salad dressing is a wonderfully tangy citrus that adds bright flavors without being overly sweet. Pierogis especially are a treat, potatoes and onion are delicately balanced. Everything is made in house. The owner was very kind.
Not only is the service incredible, there are original Polish recipes that you cannot find anywhere else in Springfield. The Perogies are to die for. Gosia brings memories from my mom's kitchen. Love her pierogies and salads all her dressings are from scratch. Desserts are decadent. She loves feeding people.
