Spent 17 minutes in the drive through on a 30 minute lunch break. Then they intentionally gave me the wrong order. I ordered a 1/4 w/cheese and no onion, this is what i got... They dont even make a burger like this. It went straight to the trash.

I came through the drive-thru here tonight around 10pm on my motorcycle in the rain on my way to work. They picked up my order clearly even though my helmet was on. The food was some of the best I've had from McDonald's even though it was late. They have a good crew here. Everyone was very polite. I am 100% satisfied with my visit.

Great managers with great crews makes this McDonalds a great place to be. And if they have a shortage of crew or something just quits working....i give it to these guys because they do there best to handle the stress and find ways to make it up to you...so be kind and smile. Give them a thumps up for having to put up with cranky !!!

This is hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I consistently get slow service, the wrong food, cold food, and today just tops it all... I ordered two cheeseburgers and received what is pictured. I took it back and spoke with the manager Melissa. She tried to brush my concerns off by saying she has new people in the kitchen... as a manager you are responsible for the employees training... I understanding missing onion or pickles.... but the whole meat patty on two burgers?! Come on McDonalds get your act together. This location needs better management and better training.

I sit in the drive through for 25 mins waiting on my food. 5 cars that was behind me got their food first and when we ask about our food they wasn't aware we was waiting on our food

During the lunch rush if you are eating in, your order will be subordinated to the orders of the drive thru regardless of what your order number is. Prepare to wait 15-20 mins for your food while the drive thur orders get prioritized followed up with the obligatory "sorry for the wait" b.s.

Normally I stop in here and all is great! Saturday went through the drivethru and got a deluxe quarter pounder, after a few bites I noticed it was raw!!! Sent all day Sunday sick....check you order before u leave!!!!

Your remodel job should have included some kind of awning or something. It would be nice to pull up to speaker & windows and not have rain pour into your car while trying to order & pay!

Ya know what really grinds my gears??? The "new" McDonald's on east chestnut is trying to pass this lil bad boy off as a medium iced coffee now, even after I said that I had ordered a medium the girl at the window insisted on talking to me like I was a moron, even tho I order the same coffee at least three times a week. Not to mention that today my friend also got a medium from another location in the correct cup we always get. I understand making a mistake but to talk to me in the "talking down to me tone".... not cool. Step your game up "new" McDonald's!

We went into Your business tonight. It probably took over 20 minutes to get Our food. I only seen 3 worker's. The Lady that took Our order also was preparing it. When We finally got Our food, We left since the seats were on top of the tables. We get back to our destination and We are missing food that We paid for! Very dissapointed in the service tonight :(
