Well it started at the drive through window the cashier couldn’t answer any of the questions about what all was in something, then we asked for 2 orders of daily specials sweet n sour chicken and 2 egg drop soups as we just left from the drs office because I’m under the weather, well we didn’t get half our order at all and the half we did get was old and tasted bad , I’ve tried to call them 3 times today and nothing, these whole meal is still sitting here because it was not eatable ( just in case someone actually answered & wanted proof we haven’t ate the food) I would not recommend this place at all not even in a hurry. The customer service was horrible, then the food just as bad!

If there was any way to give this establishment a shottier review...then it would most certainly be called for. We ordered a cashew chicken daily special, a sweet and sour chicken daily special, and an order of crab rangoon. The total came out to be about $25. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was so hard it was comparable to jerky...and the flavor was even worse. I could go on telling you how unprofessional the customer service was returning the meal for a refund. However, I think I've made made my point. Don't go to this establishment expecting to get even halfway decent food...Save yourself some trouble and just go to another location, or even another establishment for that matter...you won't regret it.

I'm pretty sure the chicken was either rancid or almost there. Owner was rude and argumentative; wasn't even going to ask for a refund until that.
I've had a ton of other experiences here that were super good, but hadn't been back for a couple years; sad to see it's declined.

I've always had good cashew chicken everytime I visit Hong Kong Inn and the drive through order taker was very pleasant and efficient.

I would say that my service was a no-star because I didn't get part of my foodAnd whenever I called back the owner Told me he packed the order his self and it was in the bag. Have a nice day i would not recommend eating here.

Really great food. We stopped here, on our way back to STL, for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The egg rolls were teally good. Not too much cabbage, and the sauces spooned over the already breaded & cooked chicken was really good.

Kearny st. Is way better than glestone , but prices are up quantity is down, AND do y'all not give egg role with your combo plates any more?but enjoyed my general chicken , very good flavor. But they package it different , no egg role and little on the expensive side .
