Tried this wonderful place today. Got the naked ramen which was different than expected, but blew our mind when we tried it. Everything is great sized for the price and it tastes amazing. We loved the Jurassic park roll for sure! Highly recommend this spot

We visited on 10-8-21 for dinner. This was a Friday First for us. Every Friday we find a place we have never eaten before and try it out. The restaurant is very modern with a bar, high tables regular tables and booths, however it was a little loud as we had to really speak up to have a conversation, but it was also very busy.
We had a couple of bumps with service but it all worked out in the end.
We tried the fried tofu bites and these things were delicious!!! We also tried the dumplings, Oh My God Roll and Drunken Tiger roll. Both rolls were really really good, the OMG came to the table on fire.
I had the Karai Ramen and my wife had Ramen with chicken and mushrooms. Both were so good!!!
This is definitely a place we will be back to.

This is an excellent example of ramen done well. I've been to ramen restaurants and this is the best I've had. The food is excellent,and even with a large crowd they managed to sit and serve within 30 minutes.

I love the “Old School” Ramen at spice level 1. Then get spice on side so you can kick it up. I also found the Strawberry 🍓 Macaroon dessert which was bomb 💣

The Ramen was very, very good! But our waitress abandoned us but other staff members worked hard to try to get us a ticket so we could out of there. Dalton really took care of us. My friend didn't have utensils and someone gave her a fork...no utensils, no chopsticks, no napkin...a fork. She also ordered a sushi roll that never came. The manager did chase us down in the parking lot and gave her a gift card and then Dalton gave her an extra order of sushi to go. I would like to go back but it was very loud in there...it just echos. Maybe I'll get a take out order.

I recommend this place if you like ramen. The sushi was pretty dang good too. The prices are very reasonable. It's about $10-15 per person. We fed four people for a little over $50. It was very good. It's a good example of Asian soul food. It's good for your soul.

This place is amazing. Definitely a hidden gem among Springfield! We didn’t know there were any restaurants that severed authentic ramen until now! I will never eat a pack of ramen noodles again! To have ramen made from scratch with real meat or tofu, vegetables, made from scratch broth too….it was incredible!!! The OMG roll also….. just wow!!! You get it brought to you on fire!!! And it tastes amazing!!! It was a beautiful place that my husband and I had a wonderful lunch date at. Thank you for such an incredible experience.
