Where I work someone was going to pickup some take out. I said sure get me some cashew chicken. Got it with Low Mein instead of rice. Wow. The chicken was solid white meat. No gristle or trash. The sauce was almost golden in color and flavor. Taste so much better than typical brown sauce. The eggroll was home made and delicious. I can't believe I had never ate here before. The low mein was a meal in it's self. Look forward to eating here again.
