Super good customer service, I loved the quiet atmosphere.
Came in for 8 sandwiches, box of coffee and 12 donuts. In and out within 5 minutes. Everything was nice and clean and everyone was friendly. Thanks for the efficiency.

Both women working were friendly and quick. Iced cappuccino tastes great as well as my egg on English Muffin.
Food is great. Service seems to have issues sometimes for special orders. For example, requesting a breakfast sandwich without cheese is a real chore.

Friendly staff. There are best and worst times to go to this Dunkin. Tend to be busier than the one further up Baltimore Pike or and 10x better than the one over on Township Line. Best thing to do is order ahead on the app. I've had to have my drink remade a few times for folx making an iced coffee
This Dunkin in specifically is one of the better Dunkni's out there. I say this because the welcoming staff and you can clearly tell they are working hard at their job and they never mess up my order.
The staff here are among the friendliest in the industry and have an amazing efficacy for thier job. The drinks are always accurate as well as hot and served with a smile. Highly recommend if you're in a rush and need something quick to keep you going.
Fresh, real Fresh donuts 🍩 clean, fresh coffee (important to me); it means they clean their pots regularly.
I have 4 Dunkins by my house that i can stop at. I drive 15-20 minutes to go to this location in Springfield. Ironically, this dunkin is directly across the street from where I work. They get very busy during peak hours but they take the time with each drink to make sure it is right. I have never ha
I lost a valuable item from my purse while paying for my coffee. After a few hours of retracing my steps I contacted the store. They were very polite and had held the missing item in the back until someone claimed it. Honest, hard working, friendly staff!
I was so impress with the speediest order system. Your food was served well heated. This is my first experience in all of the stores that I have purchased. Share your knowledge with the other Dunkin chains.
