Bagels by Einstein are consistently good. They are also famously under toasted, but even that can be fixed with double toasting. This place has not even a single chair to sit down as they appear to still be in Corona mode. It's now a huge empty hall. Bathrooms are clean, staff is courteous.

They are open early and offer consistently hot coffee. I keep things simple with a bacon, egg, and cheese on a honey whole wheat bagel but I've tried their other bagels and the breakfast burrito and they were great quality. My brother told me about this place and I tend to shy away because I like bagel shops run by mom and pops but this is up there with them. I enjoy the food at Einstein's but I would like to see them bring back the indoor dining area. I feel very exposed sitting outside on a narrow 4ft sidewalk. It is a bit chaotic outside with cars backing out and speeding past, all within a few feet of the outdoor tables.
