I usually order their iced lattes and haven’t had any problems. The only thing they’ve ever missed are the toppings but they were happy to add it on. I only rate it four stars because the croissants are usually over-heated and burnt/hard on some edges.

Walked in bright and early to pick up donuts and coffee for the office. Store was busy but service was still fast and friendly and I was in and out with 3 dozen donuts and a box of Joe in no time. Thanks DD!

Hogai, Melanie, Genesis and Jackie always take care of me when I'm there. Their customer service is great and they make the morning going to work a little easier. Management needs to give Recognition to these good workers.

I received a $1.49 large hot coffee deal on my mail, so I decided to try this location. Got a large hot coffee, bacon-egg-cheese on a crossaint and some hash browns. I did enjoy everything that came out. Service was excellent!

Quickly got backed up with a rush of traffic from a nearby sports event, but they tamed the crowd in a few minutes and we went in without a problem. A little confusing at pickup, with some call outs by drink, some by number. Wonder how that works when it's crowded and not everyine speaks English. Awkward shape to parking lot.
Donuts? Check. Coffee? Check. Same as everywhere in the chain.

I Like a good cup of coffee and I think they they make it. I went there on Friday and the young female employee didn't know how to do the coupon I had for a medium sized coffee for $1.49. There were a few customers inside the business at the time. Now on Sunday afternoon, I tried again the same Dunkin' Donut in Potomac Yards with a coupon for a medium sized coffee for $1.49. This time, no problem from a
young employee in doing the discount. I'm very happy and this has somewhat renewed my faith in this Dunkin' Donut location.
