Jim’s Steaks will always taste like home for those of us who have lived in or around Philly. This location is no exception. If I’m comparing this Jim’s to downtown Jim’s, then downtown Jim’s will always win, hands down. My sandwich from this location was pretty dry and I wish I had received more oni
The highlights of this location are 3 things.
1. No one yelling at you to scream your order in a hurry
2. ample parking
3. good milkshakes
That's honestly pretty much all. Not a bad steak, not the best steak. I do think Jim's on South does taste a little better, but honestly in the last 5 years
Their whiz is good. The steak is constantly grilled in front of you. I’d recommend. It now takes the #2 spot for Phillys in Philly (I’ve only tried 4).
Had a chicken cheese steak which was chicken breast cut up, with fried onions. The bread was fresh. Just know how you want your steak when you go in, felt pressure because I never have been there before and didn't know the process. Definitely not a Philly spot, but ok.

Unprofessional customer service. My mother ordered a cheese steak from here yesterday and she had her phone connected to the car radio. Me and my 7 year old son can hear the guy taking her order. He immediately starts flirting with her. She didn’t make nothing of it because she just wanted to order
