Papa Johns Pizza

The new owner is amazing! She is so thorough in her training!! The employees are receptive and respectful!! I can’t believe just finding this location. I normally go to the sawdust, I can’t believe I never knew this location was here! Thank you Kelly for the excellent customer service and making my 7 year old happy 😃

Ordered two pizzas and two drinks along with six cookies. I was not aware the cookies are almost the size of a pizza. The one who took the order didn't explain that to me. Shortly after I placed the order someone called me and explained the size and wanted to make sure. Of course I only needed one. I really appreciate her calling and explaining this to me. I just wish I knew who she is so I could tell everyone her name. Once again thank you so much.

The pizza was great as always. But more importantly on this visit were the staff attending this location (4657). I had tried to order using the phone app, but because my address in Google maps is wrong, (the street name is missing an "s"), the order went to the wrong location. After about 40 minutes, I received a call from the location where the order went, and they told me that my address was out of their delivery area! So, we got in our car and drove less than 10 minutes to the closest Papa John's to place our order in person. They gentleman attending the register recognized where we lived, took our order, and gave us 25% off for our troubles. Thank you Papa John's for having great people! Now I'm trying to get Google to correct our street name!

Love this store bn going , havn delivered for 20 yrs always a good pizza, the rare x it hadnt bn they replaced no problem. Went this wknd cause had carryout coupon. Store was clean, had sanitary station. A friendly staff, awesome manager Blanca she took great care of me, everyone else who came , gone. Was friendly to everyone greeted w a smile and a hello . I most definitely will go back in again , besides the delivery.
