Ranchhill Saloon

This is a really cool place right off the express way for the lgbtq+ community. We came In on a Sunday and were very happy with the free pool they were offering. The bartender was very nice and made us feel very welcome and the drinks were decently priced. The Ranch Hill Saloon felt very inviting. We might come back for karaoke in the next couple days. We had a great time and will stop by next time we're in town.

10 out of 10 would recommend Ranch Hill Saloon. Such a great find for the LGBTQ community. You walk into a fun and great atmosphere right away. The owner and staff are great and ready to serve you drinks and be your friend. The owner was very sweet and shared her story of how the bar came to be and has been there for 17 years! It's 10s across the board from the fun drinks, great bartenders, cute patio out back, amazing djs with great viraty of music. They hold events weekly and monthly. We happened to catch a fantastic drag show that night! Stop in and visit this gem out in spring and bring all your friends!

I visited Ranch Hill Saloon on a Friday night. I can’t believe I had never been to this place before! It’s a super cute LGBTQ bar. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and happy. I loved that they didn’t allow smoking inside. They have a cute patio area outside for those that want to smoke. I was really impressed with not only their drinks and hospitality but also their DJ! This is first bar I’ve been to in a while that has played such a great variety of music. Everyone was having a great time. There was something for everyone! I was also able to see one of the Drag shows they have there. I love drag shows and have been to many! Ranch Hill Saloon had an amazing drag show!! I was very impressed. Overall, this bar is amazing. I highly recommend it !

Fantastic little bar. Smallish, little dance floor, couple of pool tables. Drinks are great, patio outside for smokers. No smoking inside! Staff is VERY friendly and attentive. Owner and Manager are both great! Everyone is friendly and ready to be friends!!!! If you live in the north area of Houston, make it a point to drop in. They do monthly drag shows, other events on Fridays, and drink specials throughout the week. This is a gay version of cheers for the whole GLBT community and I saw a few straight couples in there hanging out with their friends from the GLBT community who were made to feel welcome as well. Music was a varied mix of everything. 80s, 90s, recent stuff, country, you name it, the DJ had it going and was taking requests! Very neat little place to have a drink, hang out, catch whatever event is going on.
