I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and they slather it on thickk! Bagel was really soft and soooo good! Also got a vanilla soy latte and it's also heaven!
The atmosphere was good. Everyone was so focused working and I got my food fairly quickly. Worth the wait! Support local
This place is bustling with people in the mornings on the weekend. There's a line to the door when I got there. After you order, the cashier gives you a number and there's couches or tables for you to wait at. There's also many seats outside. It would be cool if it was livelier, like Brooklyn 😋 but I loved the vibe either way

I went recently and got the Brooklyn twist, it had a really weird aftertaste for some reason. The everything bagel had way too much seasoning and my friend agreed. Not enough cream cheese on my bagel personally. I’ve been before quite a few times but today was different. The place stays busy nonetheless so it’s hard to find seating sometimes.

Had a breakfast sandwich with coffee and a hashbrown and paid $15 dollars, which is way too much in my opinion. Not a fan of the way the make the hashbrown is ( soft and served in an oatmeal bowl)
Neverther the less, a good place and ambiance with good customer service.

We had the Reuben sandwich and a breakfast sandwich, both were delicious. The service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual Saturday morning. Plenty of seating both outside and inside, most tables were occupied, which was great for people watching.

I could come here every day for breakfast! It is that great! I love their pancakes and grilled sandwiches. We always typically order some bagels and cream cheese to go and eat them throughout the week.

If you have never had a NYC bagel, come to Brooklyn Cafe to taste the real authentic thing! My favorite is the Lax (Salmon) Bagel with cream cheese, onions and capers. They have a wide variety of Bagels to choose from, Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Onion, Plain, and many more. Finger-licking fantastic!!

Tried this place foe the first time today. They were busy but we got our bagels fairly quick, coffee took longer, but that's was ok as there was only 1 girl making all the drinks. Lots of tables of people looking happy, nobody complaining for the wait. There were several outdoor tables but we sat inside. The everything bagel was too salty but the cinnamon raised bagel with raised walnut cream cheese was amazing. The caramel snickerdoodle coffee was great too. Coffee prices were high, just an americano was over $5 and the other was almost $7, both were smalls. We plan to come back to try more things. Nice little place.

I had such a wonderful experience with the workers and I personally want to give a shout out to Andrea Lopez because she was so kind to me and the people I was with. She made sure we were all taken care of and was overall a very astonishing worker. Thank you.

I've been coming to Brooklyn since I was a kid, I've probably eaten here more than 50 times in the last 15+ years. I'm a very loyal customer and I have always (and will always) love this food. Their in-house cream cheese is spectacular and I've watched them get creative with bagels and recipes over the years. Their age-old staples never disappoint. When I'm in town visiting family, I always stop by. The prices are fair (the wraps are a bit too pricey however). Big fan of the atmosphere inside.
All that being said, Brooklyn Cafe is incredibly inconsistent in their service and efficiency. These are things that should be addressed by the owner and managing staff. Out of the dozens of times I've eaten here over the years, about a third of the time I endure an outrageously long wait, and maybe a quarter of the time my order is wrong. I have seen the staff get quickly overwhelmed during peak hours and mess up people's orders. Hot food will build up behind the counter and I'm guessing that's where the link breaks and things end up in the wrong bags. People ordering in-store will get their food earlier than people who ordered before them - sometimes long before - and customers pick up on this. The staff can get flustered and not communicate with customers so it's not clear what's going on. Things become inefficient too often.
I know the front of store staff is young and there's a decent amount of turnover - and again, the food is consistently delicious. But I need to bring attention to these issues because it's been a problem for years. I never know if I'm getting my food in 5 minutes or an hour. Today I waited 50 minutes and got the wrong order, and was told a certain bagel was out of stock as I was getting the rest of the food (instead of as soon as they realized). Thankfully a woman who appeared to be a manager stepped up, apologized for the mistakes and wrote off the receipt. Too many other times, however, I've just had to deal with it.
4/5 stars for the best bagels in The Woodlands but unreliable service that has had problems for decades.

Nice breakfast in a shopping center. They have plenty of outdoor tables that are dog friendly and even sell dog bagels! The human bagel was very good too.
