Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Today we went thru the drive through and the nicest young lady helped us. She was blonde with a braid. It was a Sunday around 2:30pm. She was soooo sweet and kind. Anyhow I lost my receipt and really wanted to give her a 5 star review. Soooo putting it on here so she gets noticed. She was amazingggggg.

I have been here a few times. When I cam in today the staff seem a bit off today. Couldn't get my finger on it. They have got my order right with the three piece chicken finger with an drink. When I have asked them if I can change for Honey Mustard the lady was really short on her words and saying that wasn't what you order. Yes I didn't ask for the at order. She asked for the Raising Cane sauce back for honey mustard. Just how was her attuite was didn't seem right. The food was really good and very fresh and Hot!!! Thank you for doing the great work you all do.

UPDATE: Spoke to RC Customer Service and they were excellent. She was kind and allowed me to express my concerns and made the situation right. This goes a long way with me and I appreciate it very much! It’s the small things that can keep a customer and I will forever be a raising canes customer. 💛❤️🍗 I’m no longer buying food from this location. They are sooo stingy with their fry portion but this time did it for me. I paid $30 for my order to get like 10 fries? Ridiculous! Also, I’m tired of the lady that takes the order because after everything I say she says “that it?? That’s not the way you speak, you make it sound like I’m bothering you and you upset me. Lastly, when I ask for extra hot sauce they don’t listen and still only give you 2 every single time. They just don’t listen and are rude and are stingy with the fries for the amount of money I pay. I’m done with this location which sucks because this is the closest one to me! :( This isn’t what canes stands for and I hope they see this review and check this location bc if they’re losing money, this is why….
