Leocynn's Lumpia

Don’t always judge a company or person by the reviews… as my friend and I were getting out of the car, we were preparing ourselves for a rude encounter with the “old man” taking orders due to the reviews we read. To our surprise, as we approached the door we were greeted by that same “old man” who was very pleasant as well as the older woman. They took our order after a little talk about my name and it’s meaning and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. We actually waited less than 15 minutes and he called my name out with a smile on his face. I ordered 6 chicken and 6 pork…asked for extra sauce and the woman gave me one with no problem. I tipped their jar and we left happy customers.

I stopped in today to get lumpia for the first time. I have passed this business for years and never stopped but today I decided to try it out. Walking up there are signs posted regarding social distancing and wearing a mask. They only take cash. The gentleman was short in speaking and was very rude. If customer service is what your looking for, then this is not the place for you. I ordered 25 pork lumpia which was $25. He told me it would take about 20 minutes to fry and he would call my name. HE took my name down and took my money. 20 minutes passed and I walked back to the door where he slammed my order on the table. 😳 I said, "THANK YOU " He did not respond, so I said it again and he said, "Your Welcome." I told him to have a great weekend. There was silence then he said, "You too". I guess I am just wondering why are we so angry? The lumpia was very GOOD, it's a shame I won't be returning to buy more. His attitude is horrible I won't give my money to someone who's customer service is horrible

OH let me tell you, this was an amazing experience, it was my first time going and this man was so rude and pushy! it made me and my friend laugh and ended the day great! people are to serious and need to laugh it off, it makes a great time! it’s like the restaurant that’s mean to you but better because it’s not intentional. food was also amazing. but please just remember he has to make so many all alone so be patient!!
