Rally's Hamburgers

WARNING! Public Service Announcement. I just had my credit card information stolen. I believe it was at this location because I used a credit card that I almost NEVER use.... The last few times I used this card was at costco and a subscription from paypal. The very same day I ate here May 19th someone used my card to buy something on Xbox Live.... When I ordered drive through i almost drove away but asked if I had gotten my card back. They innocently said no and handed it over. I would not have been made aware if I was not contacted by my banks Fraud department. I even called the San Diego County Local sheriff's which they showed up on the scene to make a report. If you suspect your credit card information was stolen from here REPORT IT! I will give an update as soon as I am given one from Rallys Corporate when they complete their investigation. I went straight to corporate because the manager on duty said he was too busy to help me. What a tool.

Terrible service, individual had a hard time with cash register. Provided incorrect drinks, ignored us as customers as we tried to explain this. Very combative and started conflict. Did not thank us for our patronage after spending $41.00. Folks like us are tired of spending money at places like this, if this is how we're going to be treated. Time to start spending money elsewhere. I suggest, this Rally's make a better selection for employees, and possibly replace the individual who caused this incident.
