We were headed up for a camping weekend in Muskegon and stopped in for dinner with both of our dogs. The dogs severely limit the options to grab a bite to eat on road trips. We really enjoyed the patio and the awesome service from Kayla. The pizza was great and so was the beer. We would absolutely come back again for an outdoor dinner with our dogs.

We had a large party so we contacted them two hours prior to our plan to arrive. We were told they do not accept reservations. When we got there, the first question was - did you call and let us know. That was weird but the food was worth the wait. Everything we had was good: salads, wings, white chicken chili, fish baskets, etc. They were short staffed but still got things done and were nice. Our biggest issue was the confusion when we arrived.

Fast service and decent burgers. I wouldn't say they are great, but the patties seem to be hand made so that's a bonus in the area. The atmosphere is unique and the view is pretty good if you sit outside.

First time here, and it was a very positive experience. Staff were all polite, and our server Emily took great care of us. We're here during the pandemic and protocols are being followed - they even have a pedal on the exterior doors so you can open them with your foot! (At least, that's what we thought it was for, we tried it, and it worked! 😛) We tried the fried pickles, those were really good. I had the BBQ burger on a gluten free bun, with a side of slaw. The burger is huge. I requested light bbq sauce, which they did. It's also got bacon, fresh greens and a beautiful tomato slice, and is smothered in luscious melted cheddar. I took most of it home. The only thing I could complain about is the kitchen seemed to be rather slow, as we waited quite a while for the pickles, and then again for our meals. The pickles were hot and freshly made so I don't think it was our server causing the wait, which normally wouldn't be a big deal but we needed to get on the road for our 2.5 hour drive back home. I'm in the area frequently and I'd definitely try Old Boys' Brewhouse again!

The staff is beyond friendly. Very clean dining area. Our server didn't miss a single thing and was back to our table several times to make sure we had all we wanted. The food is always freshly made to order. You can tell the kitchen staff take pride in what they send out. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced. We ordered 3 drinks, a full appetizer, 2 entrees with sides and extra items...just over $60. Also for anyone with pandemic concerns the staff is more than compliant with local and state guidelines.

Nice atmosphere and a perfect dock along the river. We did not eat, but I tried a flight of 5 beers and honestly didn't like any of them. I would still go back and try others later.

We did a charter fish for salmon and lake trout. After you catch the fish you bring it to the chef and he cooks it for you. The drinks and homemade root beer was amazing. I'll be back (Arnold voice)
