Pizza is always hot and ready as advertised, staff works really hard for the amount of people they usually have on shift. Great customer service and pricing is excellent for the modern couple +1 families as you can spend $15 and feed an entire household and have leftovers. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

The young male mngr could be just a little more friendlier and I think per food safety regualtions he needs to wear a hair net since he's got long hair, but other than that good food in a timely manner. I wish that red robin who I heard took over this chain after they closed it down many years ago would bring back the huge double squared pizza pizza like they had back in the day and the big foot pizza.

So i ordered online and live a pretty good distance away. About 45 minutes. So i get to the store and my order is not ready so i go up and ask. And they say 10 minutes. So i ask what all is left for them to do? Do thry need to pull it out. And they said it just needs to be cut. 10 mintues to cut pizza... AN HOUR later. Thrn instead of them giving me the pizza thry put it in the bin..

I picked up a hot and ready for my mom (92) who doesn't drive. The pizza was poorly made (little or no sauce), and tested terrible. But my mom didn't want to bother me about it. She told me two days later when I saw her again. . She wanted me to return for a refund. Manager refused because of company policy.

Every time I stop in hoping to get a "hot n ready" basic $6 pizza they tell me it's a 10-15 minute wait. If o wanted to wait for pizza I'd order from a good pizza place

They made me drive all the way home and get my phone for a code in the app in order to get my pizza. Nothing on the app said I had to have it. I had my drivers license that showed the name for the order and the debit card used to make the order.

Order it custom, with extra sauce and we'll done and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Give them 0 stars if I could so slow every time they tell you a 1 hour wait and it’s 1.5-2 do not order from here. Manager talks to customers then leaves the building doesn’t help
