Domino's Pizza

Pizza was burnt and not even cut, we literally picked up the entire pie and it stayed together. The Buffalo chicken bites were also burnt and more like chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce drizzled on top lol It was a joke. No cheese. We order from this location and usually this is not how it is, but last night was awful. Huge waste of money. We ended up throwing away and getting Don Arturo’s. The manager didn’t even seem to care when I called to ask if that was standard of cooking and service for when he was managing. He ignored my question. He said all of 4 words. Hello, Thank you. Bye. Whoever managed and worked 11/26 after 5pm is responsible. We will chose Marcos pizza from now on.

I’ve had a really bad day, with everything that could go wrong, was. I ordered a pizza to cheer myself up, waited 45 minutes around town for it to be ready, and go through the drive through and — they forgot about me for about 15 minutes. Called in, they came back all sweetly, ready to help and it turns out the person who took my order, because I did have to call due to their website being down, didn’t even put my order in. I promptly started crying. It was just the straw on the camels back, you know? So why did I give them five stars? They made it right. They were also having a really busy and kind of hard day. They are still friendly and nice people and guess what? People make mistakes. I still adore this location. One oops is not the end for these guys. They are nice and that, my friends, goes the longest way with me. Order this location, you will leave smiling even if you’d been crying like me.

We ordered on the app. The delivery driver called because our apartment number was cut off...Said he'd be right there..he was at the complex..45 mins later still no pizza but said delivered.... Called dominos and they asked us to check the other floors....first off...its not my job to go up and down 3 flights of stairs looking for my pizza...but it wasn't there... another 45 mins later we received our reorder that was reluctantly given to us... just to find out the delivery driver delivered it to the completely wrong address.
