Placed an order for two cheeseburgers and a large order of tater tots. They were absolutely disgusting. The cheeseburgers were so cold they felt like they had been refrigerated. The tater tots was nothing but an extremely greasy blob. There were no individual tots just a formed mass that had taken the shape of the cardboard container. Could not eat them from the container and had to put it on a plate and eat it with a fork. I had eaten a couple bites when my wife took a bite of her cheeseburger and I watched her pull part of her bite from her mouth with a long hair attached to it. We threw the food away. There is no excuse for this. NONE whatsoever.

The ticket provides a number to call and ask for a manager. Of course several attempts were made. No one ever answered and so it went to voicemail, which didn’t allow you to leave a message because the inbox was full.

I’m never one to publicly post a negative review but something needs to be said about my experience last night. Me and my girlfriend came in to get some food around 8:30. We pressed the button to be served around 8:45 and it was probably 9 before someone answered. We placed our order and then after waiting about 20 minutes we decided to go through the drive thru to check on our order. We waited for a few minutes and no answer… we went back to our stall and our food probably came out in another 10 minutes. After getting home our food was room temp. I get what it’s like to be understaffed in food service and know it’s hard so I have empathy towards that situation so if that’s the case, management needs to start staffing up because our food experience was very disappointing.

We arrived around 2:35 pm. Took 3 mins to look at the menu. Pushed red button and waited and waited and waited still no one took our order. Downloaded app and placed our order that way. As soon as we did that around 2:48pm someone answered to take our order. I'm not sure what was happening or if there is a staffing issue but it wasn't until 3:20pm that we got our food and that's only because I pressed the red button to inquire on when we would receive our order. Now with all that said let's get to the order. I'm not sure what type of oil that Is used or when the last time it was changed but it made the fried foods taste weird and disgusting. The tater tots tasted like they were fried with fish in the same oil at the same time. Overall I will not be going back there ever again. The place is just poorly run and or managed.

You can't order at the stall, you have to wait in the drive thru line which was a long wait. After waiting, our food was wrong, no bacon on the bacon burger, fries were cold, sauces were missing. Doing 2 stars only because the girl handing out the food was nice and apologetic. We had to wait 20 additional minutes and the burgers were finally right but fries were atone cold. Won't be returning here.

The fried chicken had a sour taste which stayed for a while. Made an online order for a pickup but it took too much time than expected. The sauce packs were not included and the cheeseburger was too moist. Staff members are ok.

This is a snickers sonic blast with snickers on top and just icecream in the cup. This is ridiculous to cheat customers of there hard earn money with this poor excuse of a snickers blast. I guess i need to eat at another location

If I was able to select 0 stars I would’ve done it. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever gotten at a “fast food” restaurant at that location. I ordered my food from the app and had to wait 40 minutes on the stall for my order. This is unacceptable!!! You can’t even call it fast food because it’s everything but fast…

I usually only get a strawberry slush & I'm happy most of the time, today i decided to get a burger & fries to my demise. I paid $3 for a medium fry & got approximately 9 or 10 fries...COLD FRIES at that. I'm quite sure a small fry would have came with more fries, i checked the bottom of the bag thinking that they must have fallen out but was again grossly disappointed. I may have to delete the app & give sonic a rest, this was a total waste of time & money
