Bonfire is a build your own raw ingredient bowl establishment. You pick your base (usually different kinds of rice, ramen, udon, fusilli, etc.) then you add your meats, vegetables, seasonings, and sauces. They then cook it teppanyaki style and served in an angled/slanted bowl. You're really only limited by your own imagination. They have a fairly wide selection of ingredients and my completed bowl is always delicious. The restaurant could be a little cleaner. There's sometimes residue and trash around the fountain drink area, and the tables sometimes have a grimy texture.

Don't waste your money. Overpriced. Food isn't cooked properly. Cabbage cut too thick and nearly raw. Very slow service. Dirty restaurant. And they have the audacity to post a sign that says " if you share a large bowl we will charge an extra 8$". 0 out of 5 stars. Been to much better Mongolian grills.

I Went here with my daughter who is newly living in Springhill and suggested it. There was a note on the door that stated they had just sanitized the store that morning so I assumed it was safe from big scary germs 😝 the inside appeared clean and fairly well kept and up to date. We both got a small bowl and a drink which totaled over $50. I guess I should note that I'm a vegetarian so I can't speak on the freshness of the meat, however the vegetables appeared to be hygenically kept, and mostly well stocked. My daughter is vegan and doesn't eat egg, so she requested her fried rice without egg and the lady did ask to make sure she wasn't allergic, as this would have required a much different preparation as to not cross contaminate her food. She informed them that she isn't allergic so they went ahead with her food preperation. Now as we get to the sauces, I noticed some of the labels aren't very clear, but the lady informed me of what each one was and offered a mini spoon so I could test a sauce before deciding. I actually really like that she did this because there are a few sauces I haven't tried and wouldn't want to try them and potentially ruin my entire meal because I chose a sauce at random and hated it. Lol. So after submitting our bowls, my daughter did spill hers (a little) on the counter, but they were very gracious about helping clean it up and I belive she opted to just put the few things back in her bowl since everything was clean, qnd it hadn't been placed on the grill yet. After sending our food to be cooked, we grabbed our drink at the self serve station and grabbed our seat. The tables were clean and sanitary, the floors appeared clean as well. Once our food was brought to us, I did need to get a little more sauce for my meal, but everything was there for self service as well. The food was great, especially because we pickeded everything that went in it. I did have to use the restroom before leaving, and I found it very clean and sanitary as well.

Decent selection of meats and veggies. They have really cut back on their selection of seasonings and sauces though. Unfortunately like many places they only had 2 workers. The place was dead when we went to eat.

Loved it! Came here with my wife on New Years Day and enjoyed delicious food that's not greasy and over salty. You can pile your bowl as high as you can fit it, and you'll most likely be bringing home leftovers. It looks like there are some customer service issues from other reviews I've read, but I don't really go to a Mongolian grill for the customer service. I go for the food.

Bonfire is one of the best-kept secrets in Spring Hill, but needs to become the worst-kept secret. It is a great little place tucked away by Lowe's. Think of a cozier version of a large chain Mongolian grill restaurant with a similar initial layout, but more size & starch options. We will definitely be back for more date nights.

This was an online order for the Spring Hill location. Too many times we ordered from your restaurant, and too many times one of the orders have been given to us without sauce. Today's order was the worse... 1. I had two plates that requested calamari, neither of which had them on there. Our only way of finding out was when we called and complained. IF you did not have the calamari, it should've been noted on the order or someone should've let us know when we picked up the order. There were two gentlemen standing nearby. 2. Then two of the plates DID NOT have sauce. And more times than not, it is hit or miss if sauce is put on the order, which we have called for resolution before. We even specifically put "Heavy Sauce Please" on all the orders except the kiddie order. 3. One of the plates had mostly burnt food (of which I have photos). These are the things we have paid for. When asked for a partial, not whole, credit back to my account, as we still had a children's plate that was ok, you would not do so, and expect me to get in my car and drive back to your restaurant on my lunch break. Your restaurant has gone downhill and lacks customer service.

Unless you want diarrhea from expired/old meat and cross contamination, I’d suggest not coming here. This used to be our favorite spot in Spring Hill but unfortunately has really gone down hill. There’s different meats mixed in with one another and is left out all day to go bad, without proper sanitation. Management seems to have also gone down hill. The past two times I have been for dinner, my entire family has gotten sick. We really should’ve learned our lesson the first time. Really hope something changes, but will not be there to find out myself anytime soon.
