Nouvelle Cuisine

Isabelle and staff took excellent care of us tonight, while we celebrated our 21st wedding Anniversary. The food was delicious. We were blown away. The hostess was very knowledgeable on which wines I would like and with making suggestions. We highly enjoyed this meal. It was more than a meal, it was an experience!

Amazing EXPERIENCE. The food was amazing. Just as the reviews stated, the veggies are to DYE for. Amen! The Chef loves his life, you can taste it. The two beautiful ladies orchestrating your dining experience are very knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to be around. We had an amazing experience. I wish I could address the negative reviews individually. The food is amazing, we have eaten in both Paris and Belgium many times while my husband was in the military service. The onion soup is excellent, the waitstaff is very good....Europeans are reserved in attitude naturally. As for face masks, given the accent of Isabel who is Belgian, it would be impossible to understand her speaking to you....additionally, she would not be at work if she was sick...no one would. The food is pricy but unlike any other cuisine in Spring Hill. I suggest you try it, we find it superior.

Tonite was just an amazing meal from beginning to end. We couldn't ask for a better Birthday celebration dinner. Everything was actually amazing that came out of the kitchen. The food was so flavorful and lovingly prepared. You can tell a true chef who loves their calling took care of all the details. We had amazing service from Angela and Isabella both too. We will definitely be eating here again there is no doubt.
