Burger King

Wish the ratings was categorized better cause the restaurant itself is good and the manager that's been there for the last 3 years is a great guy. My issue was with the front cashier that worked on 3-13-22 at approximately 3/4 in the afternoon, it was over a free kids cone very petty situation, my 2 girls asked for a kiddie cone and the lady was very rude and snappy to the kids, she did give them one but scolded them and said it was for toddlers, I said it's for kids 12 and under, what's the issue? I walked up to her and said don't be rude to my girl's and she tried to argue with me, the manager said he'll talk to her so I walked away finished our meal, when leaving that same lady was getting herself a drink from the pop machine and she started on me again, I simply said my kids didn't lie and you was rude to them, it escalated to the point I ended up throwing my drink across the room, I was at the exit doors and threw it , I apologize for my behavior but it should never have escalated to this point.

I absolutely love burger king out of all the fast food burger joints. Wasnt happy with this one. Ordered 2 big kings. Walked out to my truck to eat real quick. Both my big kings were horrible. Hard buns the lettuce onion and pickles were hot and soft. Walked back in to get fresh ones. I'm assuming the manager was the gentleman who exchanged them. Didn't say sorry or anything besides it will be a minute. The burgers I did get were fresh and delicious! Burger kings pickles onions and lettuce were crunch and just right. Other than that I love burger king!

Ordered a large Coke. What I received taste like three flavors mixed together. I'd guess diet coke, Dr pepper, and Sprite. Taste horrible. Food was great except she didn't add two of three large fries in my order and I ordered three sandwiches. Can't be too hard to push a button as someone tells you what they want. A little effort and the right drink would be awesome... I won't be back.

Ordered online. When arriving, I wasn't addressed for almost 5 minutes. Employee was swearing before turning her back and helping me, only to say "huh we don't know what's going on, we don't have your order" I asked for a refund, she rudely stated we don't give refunds. I asked to speak with management, she was the manager? The lobby is dirty, the employees are unkempt and clueless to an online ordering system that charged my card, and messaged me that my order was ready? Bravo Burger King.

Part 1: Pulled into drive-thru (from which you cannot escape) to order burgers. Was told at speaker that they were not serving lunch yet. When I questioned that (because BK always serves burgers), was told they were "out of some products" so they weren't serving lunch yet. A car had pulled in behind me, so I could not back out. Part 2: This is the slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced. Never going there again.
