The attendant at night was super sweet hopeful and totally turned my 7-Eleven visits around... There is one just down the road that is rude and I will refuse to go there from now on and I will absolutely be coming to this location!

The clerk named Lou was intoxicated and using profanity as each new customer entered the location. He sold me tobacco and the previous customer alcohol without asking for proof of age.

Refused service who knows why. I came in wearing my mask like a law obedient citizen. This fella says I’m wearing my mask wrong and if I don’t put it on the right way I won’t be served, mind you IT WAS ON THE RIGHT WAY! So I tell him it is on the correct way. He stares, and starts rambling about something. Then he says we don’t accept cash when I’m clearly holding a card. He moves my water to a side and just stands there obviously refusing to ring me up. I had no other choice but to leave. As I walk out he says, “don’t ever come back here again”. I will never be back here!!! The worst place!!!! If I could give them zero starts I would.

I went in for some bottled water and was given a ripped dollar bill held together with black duct tape. I asked for another one and the Male clerk said, "that's the only one I have"...I questioned him and he wouldn't give me a new, legal dollar for my change. Pretty sure I'm out a dollar but, they're out a customer. And, I'll make sure my friends and family don't patron there.

I wouldn't recommend the rewards cards at all. There is absolutely no customer care or service number to contact if you need to change information. I emailed the store to ask about a customer service phone number for the rewards account and she went off on how I got different account, different number, I don't get those points back. I had over 9000 points and instead of trying to assist with resolving the problem she handled it very childishly. From now on I will no longer shop at 711 unless absolutely necessary. Not sure why I went back to that store anyways after getting money thrown at my and refusal of service I'm front of my 9 year old son when I had only asked a few questions.

About the worst customer service you could expierience ever. The boss the owner of the building told me I’d have to pay for a cup I no longer wanted because I tried getting a slurpy and it came out liquidy and I no longer wanted it. Then I said I’d pay for a different flavor and he said I’d have to use the same cup or pay for two drinks. And the flavor didn’t have an out of service sign.

Update: I just feel the need to let everyone know that this location is still amazing and had great service!!! I have never had a bad experience at this location, plus the 711 on Maxwell down the road is way more expensive and not the same deals for sure!! Love this location ❤️ everyone inside has always been very nice and polite. I highly recomend this location!

It appears ground coffee is no longer available for SNAP purchase. This is clearly a computer issue ... at first I could only buy Seven Eleven's coffee (if that doesn't sound sketchy enough), now none. No other reason to stop her. Bye
