Moon's Mongolian Grill

Great meal experience, they may be a little understaffed but the three people that were working there at lunchtime today were on top of it. One worked the grill another worked restocking and the third did drinks and check people in and out. It was the model of efficiency and everyone in the restaurant have their food quickly cooked and seem to be having a great experience just like I had! Thank you Moon's Mongolian grill.

Went here for the first time to try and I was very disappointed with it for the food the airway heights mongolian grill is far far supirior. Only good part was our server was really nice and was on top of drink refills. They had a decent selection of choices but when they cooked it they put it right next to several other people meals and all my sauce went to the guy next to me and I had some ingredients that i chose that i didnt end up with and some that i didnt choose. I was instantly upset that my food was mixed with strangers and all my sauces I wanted didnt go in mine. The people after us asked for it to go, and they put mine in a To go box and put it in front of them. I told them it was mine and it wasn't for to go and he tried to say mine was still cooking even though I watched mine cook the whole time. They switched it to a plate but wasn't happy about that. Then my shrimp was still frozen and part of my noodles was burnt. Over all the food made my stomach feel heavy and sick. I didn't finish my plate. Left about half and left the restaurant hungry. I won't be going back.
